Our mission at Hurdles2Hoops is to provide a safe and supportive environment in order to tackle social exclusion and help alleviate mental health by offering a healthy escapism to those who arrive as Asylum seekers and Refugees to the UK, through activity and educational based sessions in order to promote better health and wellbeing.

Welcome to the heart of London, the home of the Queen; a district rich in beautiful architecture, scenic rivers and luscious green parks. Whether you want to spend a day shopping down the world’s famous oxford street or float down the iconic river Thames; Westminster has it all. Join us on our FREE walking tour and get to see and learn all things Westminster and take breath-taking photos next to some of London’s most famous and talked about spots.
Who are we: This is a walking project which will see participants explore the city of Westminster and beyond on foot. This project aims to increase health and wellbeing, combat social exclusion, increase education and promote independence for participants.
Fitness level: This project is accessible to all fitness levels and abilities.
Equipment: Comfortable walking shoes and a bottle of water.
Duration: 2 hours
Availability: All year around.
